The step tracker uses a built in accelerometer to detect body movement and automatically count steps, supporting activities such as jogging and walking. The LCD displays the daily step count and visualizes progress toward a target with a graph. The watch also includes a 1/100 second stopwatch for measuring elapsed time during sports and other activities, with memory for up to 200 lap times.
