G-SHOCK Contest Terms & Conditions
Participation instructions:
● The contest will be hosted on CASIO INDIA’S G-SHOCK Instagram page (
gshock_in) and will be conducted under the supervision of CASIO India Pvt Ltd. social media admins.
● Contest period is from 21st June till 25th June 11:59 p.m.
● The contest is open for residents of India only in all states except wherever expressly prohibited.
● Minimum age to participate is 18 years. No purchase required and participation is optional.
● The contest will only be active and enrolled from Instagram while being promoted on other social platforms.
● There will be a trivia of series of questions asked from 21st June to 24th June through contest posts on the official Instagram Page of G-SHOCK India (gshock_in).
● Participants need to follow gshock_in on Instagram and submit their answers in comments sections of the contest post. Entries other than on the original contest post will be outrightly rejected.
● Entries submitted only before announcement of the right answers on the official G-SHOCK India page (gshock_in) shall be considered.
● There shall only be 1 winner under this contest. Subject to other conditions, participant answering the maximum questions correctly will stand a chance to win a limited-edition G-SHOCK watch. In case of multiple participants with right answers, final winner shall be selected by a randomizer.
● Winner selection shall be final & company shall be under no obligation to entertain or correspond to any clarification/query related to this contest.
● The Winner shall be announced on the G-SHOCK India Instagram page (gshock_in) after completion of the contest. Winner will be notified via a Direct Message on Instagram or through a separate Instagram post on the official IG page of G-SHOCK INDIA and shall be required to provide confirmation, within 3 days, an email address and phone number. Individual will be informed to mail required details like proof of national identity, age etc. with Photo (Pass Port, Driving License etc.) and address proof etc.
● If the winner fails to contact CASIO G-SHOCK INDIA as set out in paragraph above, the email/direct message sent to the winner is s undeliverable or the winner declines the prize, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected through the randomizer from the given list of selected participants.
● Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of the gift shall be payable by the winner.
● By participating in this Contest, Participant affirms and declares that the information submitted for this Contest is true and agrees to keep CASIO India indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (Including attorney’s fees) raised by any third party/person.
Further Criteria
● By participating in this Contest, the Participant unconditionally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, including the CASIO INDIA’S Privacy Statement in line with applicable data privacy laws and use of such information for the purpose of this contest.
● Contest prize will be delivered within 15 days after receiving the required documents from the winner and shall not be liable for any damage/loss of prize due to incorrect address or any other incorrect information/or any information not provided by the winner.
● The images used in the contest advertisements and promotional material are only illustrative in nature and the actual prize and product may differ from the illustrative images.
● Prize is not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the prizes will be made. No request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts of equivalent value.
● All disputes relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only. CASIO may withdraw or modify this contest at any time without prior notice. The promotion is subject to force majeure conditions.
● CASIO reserves the right to use the winners’ names and contest entries for promotion and post-coverage of The Contest on CASIO G-SHOCK’S Instagram page and other social media platforms.
