Casio Vintage Valentine’s Day Terms & Conditions (Except Tamil Nadu)

This offer is brought to you by Casio India Company Private Limited (herein after referred as “Company” or “Casio”).

The offer is applicable on the purchase of Casio Watches from select Casio Exclusive Business Outlets only between 10.02.2025 till 28.02.2025 or till stocks of prize lasts. Participants are advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in this offer the Participants shall be deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions of this offer and hereby expressly agree to be bound by the same.

·       Eligibility & Criteria: This offer shall be available to residents of India in all states except wherever expressly prohibited by law. The minimum age to participate is 18 years. In order to be eligible for this offer, Participant must purchase any Casio Watch during the validity period of the offer

·       This offer is applicable PAN India except in the state of Tamil Nadu (Click here for Tamil Nadu t&c)or wherever expressly barred by law.

·       Subject to fulfilling the eligibility and criteria the participant would be given a chance to Scratch a Card physically and would get a chance to win the Casio Ring Collectibles (“Prize”). Upon scratching the Scratch Card if it is revealed that “You Won” then the customer shall be eligible for being gratified with the Prize.

• Upon winning the Participant would be required to give his personal details such as name, address, phone number, etc. to the Sale executive/Manager of the Casio Exclusive Business Outlet thereafter, the Participant shall be gratified with the prize.

·       Company is committed for the protection of personal information/data received from the customer and every information/data provided by the customer under this offer shall be retained, stored, protected by Company as per it’s privacy policy at https://www.casio.com/in/privacy/ .By participating in this offer, Participant hereby agrees to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Privacy Policy of Casio and specifically agrees to be contacted by Casio in relation to this program.

·       Company reserves the right to use the Participant names, photos or any other details for promotion and other marketing activities on Company’s social media and other platforms.

·       Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government/Court, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control. This offer is subject to Force Majeure Conditions including but not limited to Pandemic, Epidemic, Natural Disasters Etc.

·       Company has the right to dismiss Participants at its sole discretion including but not limited to pertaining any of the following conditions:

A. Violation of the above stated eligibility and criteria including minimum age limit required for entry in Offer.

B. Use of false or other people's personal information for entry

C. Any other violation of terms & conditions of the offer

·       Company at its sole discretion reserves the right to award an alternative prize, if any, in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice. Participants shall not be entitled to make any claim in regard to an alternative prize, if being offered, under this offer.

·       By participating under this offer, the participant hereby agrees that no claim shall be asserted against the Company, affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents in respect to any and all losses or injuries (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), damages, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that result from your participation under this offer and/or acceptance and enjoyment of the prize.

·       Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable in cash. No request shall be entertained for exchange with cash or with other prize of equivalent value.

·       These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

·       Actual product may vary in appearance and features due to visual enhancements. Company shall not assume any legal or financial responsibility for unclaimed benefits beyond the promotional Validity Period.
