Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions” carefully. By participating in this offer the Participants shall be deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions of this offer and hereby expressly agree to be bound by the same.

·       Eligibility & Criteria: This offer shall be available to residents of India in all states except wherever expressly prohibited by law. The minimum age to participate is 18 years. In order to be eligible for this contest, a participant must register on register.casio.in within the offer period. Participant must purchase Casio Mini Keyboard (Model No. SA-50, SA-51, SA-80, SA-81) during the validity period of the offer[n1] .

·       Validity: This offer is valid from 1^st February2025 and should be applicable till stocks last/31^st April.

·       Customers purchasing under the offer duration shall get Flat 15% Off on the MRP of  Select CASIO Mini Keyboard (Model No. SA-50, SA-51, SA-80, SA-81)[g2] .[n3]

• Subject to fulfilling the eligibility and criteria, out of the registered entries, 10 Lucky Winners shall stand a chance to receive a free online Course worth[g4]  ₹15000 provided by[g5] _ FSM Education Pvt Ltd. The Free beginners  course offer is not from Company Side and FSM Education Pvt Ltd shall remain solely liable in relation to the said course. Company expressly disclaims any liability/responsibility in any manner whatsoever and makes no express representation in relation to the course content, intended outcome of the said course.

·       By registering on the platform, By registering their details on the above portal, participants hereby consent to the processing of their personal data provided in accordance with Company’s privacy policy[s6] . 

·       The last 3 winners’ announcement will be done on 20^th April and the winners can claim the course latest by 20^th of May.

·       Upon registration, on our platform register.casio.in. every Participants shall get 6-month extended warranty on the purchased product basis the serial number verification.

·       Company reserves the right to use the Participant names, photos or any other details for promotion and other marketing activities on Company’s social media and other platforms.

·       Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government/Court, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control. This offer is subject to Force Majeure Conditions including but not limited to Pandemic, Epidemic, Natural Disasters Etc.

·       Company has the right to dismiss Participants at its sole discretion including but not limited to pertaining any of the following conditions:

A. Violation of the above stated eligibility and criteria including minimum age limit required for entry in Contest.

B. Use of false or other people's personal information for entry.

C. Multiple or incorrect registrations on the portal

D. Using any software program or unfair means or any other means.

E. Any other violation of terms & conditions of the offer

·       Winners will be selected through randomizer from all the valid purchases made during the contest period. The decision of winner selection shall be final & the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain or correspond to any clarification/query related to this contest.

·       Company at its sole discretion reserves the right to award an alternative prize in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this competition on reasonable notice. Contestants shall not be entitled to make any claim in regard to an alternative prize, if being offered, under this contest.

·       By participating in this Promotion, the contestant hereby agrees that no claim shall be asserted against the Company, affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents in respect to any and all losses or injuries (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), damages, rights, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that result from your participation to this contest and/or acceptance and enjoyment of the prize.

·       Winners shall be contacted by Company based on details provided by the participants at the time of invoicing via call/email/SMS and they must respond to the call/email to claim their prize. If the Winner does not respond to the call/email with, Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

·       The Prize should be claimed within 30 days of announcement/selection of the winner. The utilization period of the course is 6 months from the date of claiming the prize.

·       Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable in cash. No request shall be entertained for exchange with cash or with other goodies of equivalent value.

·       These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

·       Actual product may vary in appearance and features due to visual enhancements. Company shall not assume any legal or financial responsibility for unclaimed benefits beyond the promotional Validity Period.
