Spin the Wheel
Spin the wheel (“Promotion”) is a limited term promotional offer brought to you by Casio India Co. Pvt. Limited only at Casio Exclusive Store – Kamla Nagar, New Delhi (“Store”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. The Promotion shall commence at 11:00 hours on 14th September, 2024 and shall continue till 15th September, 2024 20:00 hours (“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion shall be open to all the customers visiting the Store and minimum age of participant shall be 18 years. Participation is optional.
3. The Participants shall be allowed only once to participate in the Promotion, across the two days of the promotion period.
4. The Participants shall upon providing the requisite details and shall follow “G-SHOCK India” IG page, be eligible to spin the wheel.
5. Based on the results of the spin, the Participants may stand a chance to win, subject to terms provided hereinunder: -
· Each Slice of the wheel will contain one (1) giveaway or discount coupon or Thanks for Playing (“Prize”).
· Upon stopping of the wheel, the Participant shall stand in odds of winning the prize mentioned in the Slice where the pointer is indicating.
· Odds of winning depends of number of prizes allotted to per slice category against number of prizes being already won by other participants. The prizes shall be given to winners on first-win basis, exhausted categories will be marked “Giveaway Closed”
6. Following prizes have been designated to the respective Slice categories and in quantities as defined here in under:-
· G-SHOCK Giveaway – One GA-2100GB-1ADR each for first 2 winners;
· Casio Vintage Giveaway - One CA-500WE-1ADF each for first 3 winners;
· ₹500 Off on the next purchase on that very day of ₹3000 or above to first 10 winners
· ₹1000 Off on the next purchase on that very day of ₹6000 or above to first 5 winners
· ₹2000 Off on the next purchase on that very day of ₹10000 or above to first 5 winners
· Starbucks Coupon giveaway will be to the first 10 winners and will be worth ₹500.
7. The prizes obtained from the Promotion are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable and no cash payment in lieu of the prizes will be made. No request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts of equivalent value.
8. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
9. Participants hereby accept the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions & agree to be bound by the decisions of Casio. Participants warrant that they are eligible to participate in this Promotion and release Casio from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation and/or selection of winners.
10. Casio reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, or discontinue the promotion at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to Customers. The promotion is subject to force majeure conditions.
11. The images used in the contest advertisements and promotional material are only illustrative in nature and the actual prize and product may differ from the illustrative images.
12. CASIO reserves the right to use the winners’ names and contest entries for promotion and post-coverage of The Contest on G-SHOCK India and CASIO India Instagram pages and other social media platforms.
13. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of the gift shall be payable by the winner.
