Is there some simple way to change the angle unit setting between degrees, radians, and grads?
You can change the default angle unit setting as explained

. Some models also support angle unit conversion, which lets you specify the angle unit as you input a value. The specified angle unit overrides the default angle unit mode setting.
For example (fx-991MS/fx-82ES)
To input 90゜ (degrees) while the default angle unit mode is radians.
