What is the difference between the fx-CG Manager PLUS and fx-CG Manager PLUS Subscription？

There are three Software of fx-CG Series products, depending on the OS Version. fx-CG Manager PLUS: This software comes with OS Ver2.00 on a CD-ROM. fx-CG Manager PLUS Subscription [fx-CG10 / 20 / 20CN] for Windows： fx-CG Manager PLUS Subscription [fx-CG10 / 20] for Mac OS： This software comes with OSVer2.02 later, and supports activation. In order to authenticate a license, it is necessary to secure the License Code and input it where instructed. For details, go here . fx-CG Manager PLUS Subscription [fx-CG50 / fx-CG50AU / GRAPH90+ E] This software supports activation. What's are the differences between the free version and the monthly subscription version?

Obtaining a monthly subscription allows you to use all of the app's functions. Click here to compare the free and subscription versions of the app.

I uninstalled the app during a monthly membership.
What should I do in order to gain access to all app functions again?

If your monthly membership is still valid, please install the app again. From the Information screen inside the app, proceed to the Subscription-Membership screen and tap the Restore button to again be able to use all of the functions that the app offers.

How do I subscribe to a monthly subscription?

You can subscribe for a monthly subscription by selecting Subscription/Membership from within the Information menu inside the app.

How do I cancel a monthly subscription?  (for iOS)

You can cancel using the following method. iOS version iPhone, iPad:　 1. Select Settings > iTunes & App Store. 2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 3. Tap View Apple ID. 4. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. 5. Tap the CASIO ClassPad. 6. Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Procedure from PC: 1. Open iTunes. 2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, select Account > View My Account. 3. Scroll to the Settings section. 4. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage. 5. Click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. 6. Click Edit to the right of the subscription content that you want to manage.

What's CASIO ClassPad?

ClassPad is a CASIO calculator app equipped with many powerful functions for the study of mathematics. It comes equipped to perform complex calculations, draw graphs, and to use a computer algebra system (CAS) to investigate mathematics and solve problems. It has a user interface in the style of the handheld ClassPad, a tool used in classrooms worldwide. A monthly subscription fee is required in order to enable full use of all ClassPad functionality. How do I cancel a monthly subscription?　 (for Android)

You can cancel using the following method. Android version Via Android OS terminal: 1. Open the Google Play Store. 2. Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions. 3. Click Cancel Subscription. ・Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription in order to end it. Procedure from PC: 1. Go to play.google.com/store/account 2. Find the subscription that you want to cancel. 3. Click Cancel Subscription.

Can I still use the app after making a model change?

If your new model runs on the same OS, your monthly membership will be carried over.

If I install fx-CG Manager PLUS Subscription for fx-CG50 / GRAPH90+ E,
will I need to purchase the license for it again?

Can I perform activation on a computer that does not have access to the Internet?

This software provides a method whereby on computer that is connected to the Internet can be used for activation so another computer that is not connected to the Internet can use the software. For details, refer to "To activate on a computer (Computer A) that is not connected to the Internet" under "Activating Off Line" in the Activation Manual.
