Connection to external devices

I want to play the keyboard while inputting external audio data.

What kind of instrument can I connect to?

You can only connect WU-BT10 to the WU-BT10 compatible Casio musical instruments. For the supported Casio musical instrument models, please click here .

Can I use Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers?

You can only connect WU-BT10 to the WU-BT10 compatible Casio musical instruments. You cannot use Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers. For the supported CASIO musical instrument models, please click here .

Can I use WU-BT10 on my personal computer?

You cannot use WU-BT10 on a personal computer. WU-BT10 is a wireless MIDI & AUDIO adaptor that can be attached to Casio musical instruments and connect with the smart devices.

How to disconnect?

Please turn off the power of the connected musical instrument, or turn off the wireless function* of the musical instrument. * If you are using CT-S1, CT-S400, CT-S410, or LK-S450, please turn off the Bluetooth function.

Which smart devices can I connect to?

What can I do with WU-BT10?

WU-BT10 is a wireless MIDI & AUDIO adaptor that can be attached to the WU-BT10 compatible Casio musical instruments, and you can connect with the smart device. - You can play the playback sound of a smart device connected by Bluetooth wireless technology from the speaker of a WU-BT10 compatible Casio musical instrument. - You can use the MIDI function with a Bluetooth Low Energy connection. Can I change the device name?

You cannot change the device names of "WU-BT10 MIDI" and "WU-BT10 AUDIO".

Can I connect to an external amplifier device?

You can connect the instrument to a commercially available stereo or amplifier to play at a loud volume, or connect it to a recording device to record the performance. Please connect a commercially available connection cable (audio cable) to the LINE OUT terminal (standard jack) or PHONES / OUTPUT terminal (stereo mini jack) depending on the model. * Connection cable (audio cable) is not included in the instrument. * Please prepare a standard plug or stereo mini plug on one side of the instrument, and another side is connected to the input terminal of an external device. [Audio connection] I cannot connect WU-BT10.

The possible causes are as follows: (Cause) Your musical instrument is not compatible with WU-BT10. (Countermeasure) This adaptor WU-BT10 works only with Casio musical instruments compatible with WU-BT10. Even if your musical instrument has a USB Type-A terminal, the unsupported musical instruments cannot work. (Cause) The wireless function* of your musical instrument is not turned on. (Countermeasure) If the wireless function* of the instrument is turned off, please turn it on. The operating procedure differs depending on the musical instruments. Please refer to the instruction manual of the musical instruments. * If you are using CT-S1, CT-S400, CT-S410, or LK-S450, please turn on the Bluetooth function. (Cause) Bluetooth audio is not paired. (Countermeasure) When connecting for the first time, it is necessary to perform Bluetooth audio pairing operation. The operating procedure differs depending on the compatible musical instrument or device. Please refer to the instruction manual of the compatible musical instrument or device. (Cause) Device name is wrong. (Countermeasure) When connecting audio, please select "WU-BT10 AUDIO".

How to connect?

Please connect WU-BT10 to the USB Type-A terminal of a compatible Casio musical instrument. You need to connect with a compatible application . For the details, please see the manual of the application. It is necessary to perform Bluetooth audio pairing operation on your connected musical instrument. The operating procedure differs depending on the compatible musical instrument or device. Please refer to the instruction manual of the compatible musical instrument or device.

How long distance can I use WU-BT10 from my smart device?

The distance is not specified depending on the connected device and environment. It is assumed to be used indoors in a general room.

What is the hole in WU-BT10?

It is a hole for attaching a strap.

How to remove WU-BT10?
