・ You may be using the wrong print mode.
If your printer model has a Magnetic Tape setting for the Print Mode, select Magnetic Tape.

Magnetic tape is made using special materials.Because of this, you may not be able to achieve clear printing under low temperatures.Printing on magnetic tape in a location where the temperature is 20°C or higher is recommended. Also make sure that the tape has been in the location long enough to become acclimated.
