Casio America is committed to providing the highest levels of quality and service to our customers. This includes providing timely information related to our products and their continued availability.
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue sales of all models of Casio America's Dermocamera, Dermoscope and Colpocamera product lines in the United States, effective October 31, 2025 ("Effective Date"). Subject to continued available inventory, Casio America will accept final, non-cancelable orders for purchases until October 15, 2025. After that date, no further purchase orders will be accepted, and any remaining back orders will be cancelled as of the Effective Date.
Casio will continue to provide technical support for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty service of our medical device products in accordance with the terms of our limited warranty (provided at the time of purchase) until the latter of October 31, 2030 or the expiration of our product's applicable limited warranty. Where applicable, Casio will also continue support of its complementary D'z IMAGE Viewer software (D&C} until October 31, 2030.
