Are all repairs free during the warranty period?

Even within the warranty period, charges may apply in the following cases:

Non-warranty repairs:

-Failures or damage caused by improper handling during transport or movement after delivery
-Failures or damage due to misuse, abuse, careless handling, dropping, water immersion, or water exposure (for products with display screens, cracked screen glass, etc.)
-Failures or damage due to unauthorized repair or modification
-Failures or damage caused by battery leakage
-Failures or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, other natural disasters, or abnormal voltage
-Replacement of consumables (batteries, etc.) and accessories
-When the warranty certificate and/or store-issued certificate are not presented, or when the information has been altered
