What is the USB cable standard for importing data?

The cable must comply with USB 2.0 (Hi-Speed) and the terminal on the camera side must be micro USB Type-B. Please note that data transfer is not possible using a charging-only cable.

Is there a recommended SD card?

The camera is compatible with memory cards compliant with the SD standard, with the following capacities according to the standard. - SD memory cards (2GB or less) - SDHC memory cards (over 2GB to 32GB or less) - SDXC memory cards (over 32 GB to 2TB or less) Memory cards that have been tested by us are manufactured by SanDisk Corporation. Operation is not guaranteed for all memory cards, including capacity, even for the memory cards listed above.

Is it possible to link with electronic medical records?

Although it is not possible to link data directly with the electronic medical record, it can be saved on a PC as a DCF-compliant JPEG image, so we think it is possible to read the saved image from the electronic medical record. You can also output the image imported to D'z IMAGE Viewer D as a JPEG image to any folder on your PC. Please contact the manufacturer of the electronic medical record for the function to read the image from the electronic medical record.

Is it possible to charge the battery with a USB cable?

Charging with a USB cable is not supported. Use the supplied AC adapter to charge the battery.

Is there a recommended gel?

We asked some dermatologists and they say KY Jelly, which is easy to use because it does not contain air bubbles and has the appropriate consistency.

Can AC adaptors from other manufacturers be used?

Be sure to use the AC adaptor supplied with the camera body. Use of products other than those specified may result in damage or malfunction. If a malfunction is caused by using a product other than the specified product, it is not covered by the warranty.

I would like to try out the product, can I trial it?

Can I operate the camera's touch screen while wearing gloves?

It may be possible to operate the touch screen by using gloves that are compatible with capacitive touch screen operation.

Can lesions in the hairs of the head be photographed?

It is possible to get a clean image if you brush through as much hair as possible so that the lesion is visible and use a gel to hold the glass tip right up against the lesion. However, do not press so hard that the lesion is crushed.

How do I retrieve the image files I have taken?

The captured image files can be transferred to your computer using an SD memory card or a USB cable.

At what magnification can a Dermatology camera observe?

When the close-up shooting mode (DERMO) is used for observation at equal magnification without using the digital zoom, the image displayed on the camera's LCD monitor will appear approximately 2.3 times larger in proportion to its actual size. When images are imported to a PC after shooting and viewed on the PC monitor, the magnification depends on the size and resolution of the monitor. When images are taken at 20 megapixels (5184 x 3888), they can be viewed clearly on a large monitor.

Can it be wiped with alcohol?

Yes. Wipe with an alcohol-based disinfectant of appropriate concentration, etc.

Can I use gels?

Gel can be used when taking pictures. Please wipe the gel clean after shooting. The superficial dermal layers can also be observed and photographed with a polarising filter without the use of gel.
