CASIO INDIA X SHEOWS FOUNDATION
Launched in FY 2024, our CSR Initiative in collaboration with Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphans Welfare Society (SHEOWS) is committed to providing care, shelter and medical assistance to the homeless and sick elderly individuals.
Coverage: Dedicated residential centre in Delhi for supporting countless elderlies
Outreach: 400+ abandoned & homeless elderly individuals supported
Impact: Hundreds of lives rehabilitated through physical recovery & emotional support
Program Model: Holistic Residential Care with 24/7 Medical Support & Rehabilitation
This initiative ensures comprehensive support through:
- 24/7 Medical response and on-site emergency assistance
- Dedicated team of qualified doctors, nursing staff & trained caregivers
- State-of-the art Medical Infrastructure
- Nutritional supplements & supervised treatment protocols
In addition to medical care, emotional support and companionship are extended to reduce isolation and promote mental well-being among the elderly residents.
EVERY SECOND COUNTS INITIATIVE
In December 2025, Casio India launched its CSR initiative 'Every Second Counts' to support abandoned, destitute, and homeless elders in India.
In this initiative, Casio India is placing QR-based digital screens at its 20 select exclusive outlets across the country. These digital screens shall play a video highlighting the noble social work done by SHEOWS in caring for the elderly & provide an option to willing customers to donate to the NGO.
CASIO INDIA X CANSUPPORT FOUNDATION
Launched In FY 2024, Casio India launched a CSR initiative for a Home Based Palliative Care Project, in collaboration with CanSupport, aimed towards subsuming palliative care approach into cancer management, providing opportunity for continuing care across the trajectory of cancer and actualizing the quality of life with cancer in a meaningful and compassionate manner. In FY 2025, the scope of the project was expanded to include a cancer-detection awareness campaign.
Coverage: Home Based Palliative Care Project & Cancer Awareness Programs across 40+ Government Schools across Delhi NCR
Outreach: 12,000+ students directly educated with an extended reach of 24,000+ family members
Impact: Improved quality of life for cancer patients & strengthened early detection awareness
Program Model: Multidisciplinary Home Care Support & School-based cancer prevention awareness
The initiative ensures structured support through:
- Multidisciplinary palliative care delivered at patients’ homes
- Integration with ongoing treatments such as chemotherapy & radiation
- Cancer prevention & early detection awareness sessions in 40
By embedding cancer awareness and hygiene education into government school curricula we hope to create a sustainable model with the potential for long-term, intergenerational impact.
