When I connect to an external device, noise is generated.

When connecting an external device (PC, Audio interface, Mixer, etc.), noise may be generated if it is wired in a loop.
This phenomenon is called "ground loop noise" and not a failure of musical instruments.

Noise may be improved by changing the connection method or by using a commercially available "USB Isolator" or "Ground Loop Isolator for Audio".
