I can only hear a sound from one side of my headphone.
-Ensure that the headphone jack has been inserted all the way into the PHONE jack of the instrument.
-Do not use the headphone with Multi-pole plug connectors such as dedicated for iPhone or smartphone.
<Note for using conversion plug>
- When connecting the headphone with 3.5mm stereo mini-plug to the instrument with 6.3mm stereo standard jack, please use the adaptor of 6.3 mm stereo plug from 3.5 mm stereo jack.
-When the output of your conversion plug was monaural (MONO), please use the stereo conversion plug.
Monaural: One black line at the end of the plug
Stereo: Two black lines at the end of the plug
