Duplex LCD enhances compass readability
The dual-layer LCD creates a larger compass display with color graphics clearly indicating north, south, east, and west. These graphics dynamically track the user’s movements in the field, enhancing the utility of the digital compass, which supports continuous measurement for 60 seconds. Rugged styling shapes the angular compact design
The sharp, multifaceted case captures the tough, rugged character of outdoor gear. Flame-retardant case ensures peace of mind by the fire
The center case is made with flame-retardant resin produced using bio-based resin. With this certified V-0 grade UL94 material, flames self-extinguish when the ignition source is removed, preventing them from continuing to burn. V-0 grade UL94 material
A standard for flame retardancy in plastic materials set by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a U.S.-based product safety certification organization. The flame-retardant resin used for this watch meets the V-0 certification standards awarded to materials with self-extinguishing properties that stop burning when the ignition source is removed.
Band material balances environmental responsibility with wearing comfort
The soft urethane band offers flexibility and a comfortable fit on the wrist. Made with bio-based resin, a material expected to help reduce environmental impact, the band is available in two colors: bold black and orange that contrasts with outdoor wear. The PRG-69B employs a cloth band made with recycled PET plastic fiber, offering a look that pairs well with outdoor apparel.
