Where is the CASIO repair product drop-off location?

For repair drop-offs, please refer to the “Drop-off Method” page for available locations. Most products can be shipped directly to a Casio service facility or brought to an authorized service center. How long does repair take?

Repairs typically take approximately 1 to 10 days from the time the product arrives at CASIO until repair completion and shipment. Please note: Repair time may vary depending on spare parts availability. Additional time may be required if a separate repair estimate is needed, during long holidays or company-designated holidays, or if the return destination is a remote island.

What payment methods are available when using the repair product shipping window?

Repair fees for shipped products are paid online through Casio’s secure payment system after the repair estimate is issued. After evaluation, you will receive instructions to pay via credit or debit card through the Casio repair portal. How much is shipping for sending and returning repair products?

For warranty repairs (covered under warranty): Casio covers the cost of return shipping. When sending the product for repair, customers are responsible for shipping the product to the Casio service center unless otherwise specified. For paid repairs (not covered under warranty): Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the service center. A return shipping fee of $○○ (tax included) will be charged once the repair is completed.

Can I request repair to the United States from overseas?

Repair requests are not accepted directly from overseas. Please arrange the request through a family member or acquaintance located in the United States. Return shipping after repair completion is limited to addresses within the United States.

I want to repair it myself. Can I purchase spare parts?

Some spare parts and accessories are available for purchase by individual customers. For availability, ordering methods, and specific part details, please contact the CASIO Service Center at cms@casio.com or 1-800-706-2534

Can data be protected during repair?

We sincerely apologize, but initialization is necessary during repair and post-repair inspection, so we cannot protect data.

What is required besides the product when sending it for repair?

When sending a product for repair, please include the following items: A repair request form with all required information completed The warranty certificate (if the product is within the warranty period; copies are not accepted) A store-issued certificate (delivery note clearly stating the product name, delivery date, and store or issuing department) Accessories and memory cards unrelated to the malfunction do not need to be included. If you are unable to prepare a repair request form, please include a memo containing the following information: Description of the malfunction List of included items Customer contact information (name and phone number) Return shipping address (name, address, and phone number)

How should I package a product when sending it for repair?

Please package the product in the same manner as fragile items (such as glassware). Packaging guidelines: 1) If you have the original purchase box, please use it. 2) If the original box is unavailable, use a sturdy cardboard box. 3) Wrap the product in cushioning material (such as bubble wrap) to absorb impact during transport. 4) Fill any empty space between the product and the box with cushioning material or crumpled newspaper to prevent movement. Please note that any cardboard boxes and cushioning materials sent will be retained by CASIO, which handles after-sales service.

Can the warranty certificate included with the product be reissued?

Warranty certificates cannot be reissued. Please keep the certificate in a safe place to prevent loss. If a repair is required during the warranty period and the warranty certificate (copies are not accepted) and/or a store-issued certificate (delivery note clearly stating the product name, delivery date, and store or issuing department) cannot be presented, the repair will be treated as a paid service.

Are all repairs free during the warranty period?

Even within the warranty period, charges may apply in the following cases: Non-warranty repairs: -Failures or damage caused by improper handling during transport or movement after delivery -Failures or damage due to misuse, abuse, careless handling, dropping, water immersion, or water exposure (for products with display screens, cracked screen glass, etc.) -Failures or damage due to unauthorized repair or modification -Failures or damage caused by battery leakage -Failures or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, other natural disasters, or abnormal voltage -Replacement of consumables (batteries, etc.) and accessories -When the warranty certificate and/or store-issued certificate are not presented, or when the information has been altered

I have a warranty certificate but nothing is written on it. What should I do?

Please present the warranty certificate and "store-issued certificate (delivery note with product name, delivery date, and store/issuing department clearly stated)." ※ Documents issued by used goods dealers or individuals are invalid

Where is the warranty certificate?

The warranty certificate is included in the DIMENSION SHIFTER product box.

How long is the free warranty period?

The manufacturer warranty period is 1 year from the delivery date.
