TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Read Before Entering

From time to time, Casio America, Inc. ("Casio America") will identify certain products as Limited Editions restricted in supply and available for purchase only through particular Casio ID Limited Edition Contests sponsored and operated by Casio America. These are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that apply to Casio ID Limited Edition Contests generally. Refer to the individual Casio ID Limited Edition Contests for additional, more specific details.  Please read carefully. Casio ID membership required. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility. Casio ID Required.
Casio ID Limited Edition Contests are open to Casio ID members only. Casio ID membership is free and account registration is easy. Learn more here.

To be deemed eligible, you must be at least 18 years old at time of entry and reside in the U.S. wherever Casio America supplies, including the fifty United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

Limit One Entry Per Person Per Limited Edition Contest.
A person may only enter once for a chance to be randomly selected to purchase the Limited Edition product specific to that particular contest.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter. Pre-Authorization Required.
A purchase is not required to register for Casio ID membership or to enter a Casio ID Limited Edition Contest. Contest entry however does require pre-authorization of the amount of the purchase price (including applicable taxes and shipping costs) of the respective Limited Edition product (the “Pre-Authorization Amount”) on the credit or debit card you provided when you submitted your entry (the “Card”).  

By entering a Casio ID Limited Edition Contest, you agree that Casio can place a hold on your Card for the Pre-Authorization Amount.

If your entry is selected in a Casio ID Limited Edition Contest in which you enter, you will be charged for the purchase of the respective Limited Edition product through the Card.  If your entry is not selected, Casio will release its pre-authorization hold within seven (7) days of your entry into the Casio ID Limited Edition Contest.  Availability of these funds after Casio releases its pre-authorization hold is subject to the procedures of your Card issuer. 

Limited Supply. Odds Depend on Number of Entries Received.
The Limited Edition products available for purchase are limited in number. Casio ID members may submit up to one (1) entry for potential selection to purchase a particular Limited Edition product. Access to a Limited Edition product is not guaranteed if more Casio ID members enter than the number of products available through a given Casio ID Limited Edition Contest. The odds of being selected to purchase the Limited Edition product in a particular Casio ID Limited Edition Contest depend on the number of eligible entries received and the available supply of the subject product.

How To Enter.
Entry requires Casio ID member login. Upon logging in, navigate to the particular Limited Edition product page to ascertain details pertaining to its specific entry period. If the entry period is active, click on the Enter Casio ID Limited Edition Contest button. You will need to provide your Card details, which will be used to purchase the product (including applicable taxes and shipping costs) if your entry is selected. Your Card will not be charged unless and until your entry is selected; however, participation requires preauthorization of the amount to be charged if you are selected. 

Individuals may enter multiple contests, but each contest is limited to one entry per person and per Casio ID member. Entries cannot be revoked or withdrawn.

Entries that are untimely, lost, forged, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Those entries which do not follow all of the instructions, do not provide the required information, or do not abide by these Terms will be disqualified.  Casio America may cancel or deem ineligible any entries, whether before or after selection, on the basis of cheating, fraudulent behavior, or otherwise in its sole discretion. All entries are final and non-transferable.

Entry Periods.
The time period in which Casio ID members may enter each Casio ID Limited Edition Contest (the "Entry Period") will be defined and displayed on each relevant product page. A description of the Limited Edition product, the price of the product, the amount of product that will be available for purchase, and the relevant Entry Period will be displayed at least 48 hours prior to the Entry Period.  Casio America's clock shall serve as the official time keeper.

Selection and Notification.
Random selections from among all eligible entries received in a given Casio ID Limited Edition Contest will be made by automated process within 48 hours of the close of the Entry Period. For each entry selected, within 24 hours, your Card will be charged the purchase price of the item, plus applicable taxes and shipping costs. The purchase can then be tracked through Casio ID member login. For those entrants who are not selected, the pre-authorization associated with that particular Limited Edition product will be released by Casio America within seven (7) days of entry.

Casio America reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify any of the Casio ID Limited Edition Contests for any reason, including if bugs, virus, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, or proper operation of the Casio ID Limited Edition Contests, as determined by Casio America in its sole discretion. In such event, Casio America reserves the right, but is not required, to make selections from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Returns.
Submitted entries cannot be transferred, amended, modified, revoked, or withdrawn. In the event your entry is selected and you are unhappy with your purchase or would otherwise like to return the product, the Casio America Return Policy will apply. 

Privacy Policy.
All personal information collected is subject to the Casio America Privacy Policy.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms.
These Terms are subject to change from time to time at Casio America's discretion. Please review these Terms prior to each entry. Casio America's Terms of Sale and all other applicable Casio ID and Casio America terms and conditions apply with equal force and govern here where applicable.

By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and the decisions of Casio America, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Casio ID Limited Edition Contests, including interpretation of these Terms and the selection process. Casio America reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Casio ID Limited Edition Contests or to be acting in violation of any of these Terms, or in a disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Casio America's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Terms generally.

Casio America, Inc. is the sponsor and administrator of the Casio ID Limited Edition Contests. The Casio ID Limited Edition Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
