Casio Computer Co., Ltd. (“Casio”) would appreciate your cooperation in completing this survey (“Survey”).
By completing the Survey, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Purpose and Use of the Survey
This Survey is conducted for the purpose of measuring customer satisfaction with Casio’s calculators and improving Casio’s future products and services (“Purpose”). Casio will not obtain any information that allows for identification of individual customers through this Survey. All data collected through this Survey will be used only for statistical analysis for the Purpose, and no individual answers to the questions on this Survey will be identifiable. Casio may also share statistical information derived from this Survey with Casio’s affiliates, including those located outside Japan.
2. Guidelines for Completing the Survey
Please select the answer choice that most accurately reflects your opinion for each question. You may provide additional comments in free entry fields. Please feel free to write any comments or impressions; however, DO NOT enter personally identifiable information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. You are not required to answer all questions, but your cooperation is highly appreciated.
3. Other Important Terms
To complete this Survey, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you may complete the Survey only if your parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to rights in survey results, comments, opinions, and ideas you have submitted through this Survey, shall belong to Casio. You shall not assert any rights, including moral rights, with respect to your answers to this Survey.

Thank you for your purchase of a Casio Calculator!
Casio America, Inc. ("Casio") would appreciate your feedback regarding your purchase and use of a Casio Calculator ("Calculator Product"). Casio's brief survey ("Survey") will be active during the period beginning July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EDT
Please review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility. Purchase Required.
To complete the Survey, you must: (1) purchase a Casio Calculator Product; (2) be at least 18 years of age; and (3) reside in one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia or Canada. Casio is not responsible for lost, garbled, or delayed Surveys.
How To Participate.
To participate, you must first purchase a Casio Calculator Product and scan the QR Survey Invitation in the product carton/box. This will take you to the Survey webpage, where you will complete the Survey form and submit it.
Survey submissions that are incomplete or that are generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void and not eligible to participate. Casio reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Survey should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Survey.
Casio reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Survey or who violates these Terms. Casio has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of this Survey, to void responses for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple responses from the same customer in excess of that allowed by these Terms or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means of responding.
Privacy Policy.
All personal information you provide in connection with the Survey will be handled in accordance with Casio’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information you provide for the Survey will not be used for marketing purposes; however, other information you provide or may have previously provided to Casio (for example, when registering the Calculator Product) may be used for marketing and other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the Survey, each purchaser fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and to Casio’s Terms of Sale, which are incorporated by reference. Casio America reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the Survey or acting in violation of these Terms.
This Survey is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This survey is sponsored by the Education Technology Division, Casio America, Inc. 185 Hudson Street - Harborside 5, 28th Fl., Jersey City, NJ 07302.
