Do you provide international shipping?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Malaysia.

What are your local delivery options?

We provide standard delivery to your doorstep via courier within five to seven (5-7) working days. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. You may experience a longer than expected delivery time, during high season and sale period.

What happens if I've missed my delivery?

If your parcel has not been successfully delivered, our courier partner will contact you to schedule for re-delivery. If you miss the re-delivery once again, your order will be transferred to the CASIO warehouse and do email to timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg on what are the options with regards to your Products.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order is under shipping status, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with courier tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns can only be accepted for products purchased through https://www.casio.com/my/ and they will need to fulfil all the general return conditions below.

General Return Conditions:
Proof of purchase: A copy of sales receipt will be needed.

Period: You can return your order within 7 days from the day you received the product.

Product condition: The product must be unopened and unused. The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original box and tags. All GWP must be in its original form and package in the original box with tags.

Product limitations: No return is allowed for the Limited Edition model - details will be indicated in the product page description.

We currently do not offer any exchange(s).

How to cancel and return my order? 

We hope that you love the item(s) you have purchased. However, if you do decide to make a return, please drop an email to timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg (with proof of purchase) and our staff will assist you on the cancellation process.

How long will the refund process take? 

It will take approximately fourteen (14) business days for the refund processing of your returned item(s) upon receipt of the unopened and unmarked product(s) at CASIO office. 
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) to the same card / bank account initially used for the purchase. Shipping fees (if applicable) will not be included in the refund amount.

I used a promo code on my order. What happens when I return or cancel my order?

If you used a promo code towards the purchase of an order that you cancelled, your promo code will not be returned or refund to you. 

Unfortunately, once a promo code has been used, it is no longer valid for your next order. ​Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the promotion or drop an email to timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg and we will assist you as soon as we can.
