How do I place an order?

To place an order on our site;
- Add your desired item(s) to your shopping cart
- View and confirm your shopping cart order
- Enter any promotional code and/or e-voucher code (if applicable)
- Enter your delivery information and complete purchase
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email

Where can I check my order details?

Checking of order details online is only available for registered members. Sign up for an account to access your order details. Once logged in, registered members can view order details under "My Page", by clicking into your order number.

What does my order status mean?

- Processing: Your order has been received.
- Shipping: Your order has been picked up by our courier and is on the way to you. View and check your delivery status.
- Completed: Your order has been delivered and received.
- Close: Your order had been returned.

Can I amend my order?

We start processing your order quickly which means we can't make any changes once it's confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option. However, only a CASIO ID user will be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed. Sign in to "My Page" and view your online orders under Order History. If the "Cancel Order" button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. For more information please contact our Customer Service Representative at timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please drop an email to timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg and we will assist you as soon as we can.

I accidentally checked out an order without keying in a promo code / using a voucher that I have. What do I do?

Please drop an email to timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg and we will assist you as soon as we can. 

The discount does not show on the payment page even after I keyed in the promo code. What do I do?

Kindly check that you have met the conditions of use for the promo code such as: the minimum spend required, expiry date of promotion and eligibility of the products. If you still require help with your promo code, please drop an email to timepieces-my+c@casio.com.sg (stating your order number / promo code) and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Can I do a pre-order for exclusive/special products?

We may offer pre-ordering of selected products from time to time. Do check back regularly and also join our mailing list to receive first-hand updates!
