Made in Japan, this collection celebrates sushi, one of Japan’s best-known culinary traditions enjoyed around the world. Built on three iconic G-SHOCK styles, each timepiece features distinctive colors and design details inspired by salmon, tuna, or ikura (salmon roe). The GA-2100SSH expresses the vibrant orange and marbled texture of fresh salmon, with knife-inspired hour and minute hands and an inset dial shaped like nigiri sushi. Even the case back continues the theme with a yunomi teacup motif, recalling the traditional cup of tea enjoyed at the end of a meal. Each watch comes in special packaging inspired by the folded takeaway boxes used for sushi. Removing the watch reveals a hidden wasabi motif, customized for each topping: less for salmon, extra for tuna, and none for ikura. Even the packaging reflects the small details that make the sushi experience unique. From the watches themselves to the packaging, playful details throughout bring a fresh and lighthearted take on the sushi experience.
