How long will my repair / change of battery take?

Battery Change:
The lead time for battery replacement varies on the channel the watch is sent to.
CASIO Service Centre: 1 - 2 days
Retail Outlets: Temporarily suspended until further notice
Battery replacement fees will include current consumption test on module, water pressure test to gasket replacement.

On water resistance (WR): A primary factor about water resistance is to keep in mind that it is not permanent condition. As the watch ages, the gaskets will become dry and brittle whilst diminishing its water resistant quality.

It is recommended to have the gasket replaced at least every 18 months in order to maintain the water resistant quality of your watch. It is recommended that the above job is to be carried out by Casio Service Centre or its authorized service partners.
Battery replacement is not covered under warranty but at a charge basis dependent on model.

What will I need to bring when visiting Casio Singapore Service Center for repairs ?

1, If purchased via offline stores (G-shock stores and Casio authorized Dealers' store) : ①+②

 ①International warranty card with official store stamp
 ②Casio Singapore warranty certificate with model name, purchasing date and purchase official store stamp information.

2, If purchased via Casio online stores (ONLY Official Casio online store & Lazmall Casio flagship Store):①+②+③

 ① International warranty card (without official store stamp)
 ② Casio Singapore warranty certificate with model name and purchasing date information
 ③ Official Email informing complete of delivery with order No.  (Print out copy or able to show when prompted)

Can I request for spare links on my metallic band if I have a bigger wrist?

Additional band link is available for order should you require. However, its availability may vary from model to model. Please contact our customer service representative at 6480 7189 for more information.

Can I purchase a replacement strap?

Replacement straps are not available for sale at our Customer Service Centre.
