To place an order on our site;
- Add your desired item(s) to your shopping cart
- View and confirm your shopping cart order
- Enter any promotional code and/or e-voucher code (if applicable)
- Enter your delivery information and complete purchase
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email
Where can I check my order details?
Checking of order details online is only available for registered members. Sign up for an account to access your order details. Once logged in, registered members can view order details under "My Account", by clicking into your order number.
What do my order statuses mean?
- Processing: Your order has been received.
- Shipping: Your order has been picked up by our courier and is on the way to you.View and confirm your shopping cart order
- Completed: Your order has been delivered and received.
- Close: Your order has been returned.
Can I amend my order?
Once your order is placed, we will not be able to cancel the order as it will be processed immediately for fulfillment. For more information please contact our Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The discount does not show on the payment page even after I keyed in the promo code. What do I do?
Kindly check that you have met the conditions of use for the promo code such as: the minimum spend required, expiry date of promotion and eligibility of the products. If you still require help with your promo code, please drop an email to email@example.com (stating your order number / promo code) and we will assist you as soon as we can.
Can I do a pre-order for exclusive/special products?
