Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase of the product(s) listed at the website casio.com/sg/ ("Website") and you have selected in your basket at the Website (the “Products”). The term “Casio” refers to Casio Singapore Pte Ltd (UEN 197200980M), a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered office at 238B Thomson Road, #18-01/08 Novena Square Office Tower B, 307685.

Placing an Order
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of Singapore to purchase the Products. When you place an order to purchase the Products, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. Casio has absolute discretion to reject your order without any reason. All orders are subject to acceptance by Casio. Your order is accepted when Casio confirms your order by electronic mail. No cancellation is allowed after Casio confirms the order, unless Casio allows the cancellation which will be subject to Casio’s discretion and prevailing policies.

Availability, Description and Price
The availability, description and prices of the Products are as stated in Website’s product list. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of Goods and Service Tax. All Products are on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Casio does not warrant that the availability, descriptions and prices of the Products stated in Website  product list are accurate and complete. Casio will not be liable in any way for any inaccuracy and incompleteness in relation to the availability and descriptions of the Products stated in Website product list. All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

Any discounts and rebates offered are subject to terms and conditions as Casio may from time to time prescribe. All discounts and rebates offered may be withdrawn/cancelled by Casio without notice. All free gifts offered may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Free gifts are whilst stocks last. Free gifts are not exchangeable.

Payment
All payments shall be subject to the payment methods and terms and conditions of our payment service providers. You must read the terms and conditions of the payment service providers before purchasing the Products.

Delivery
The Products may be delivered to all local addresses by courier.  Casio offers three free delivery attempts for all purchases made via Website.  Should three delivery attempts fail, the Products will be sent back to Casio warehouse and do write in to sales@casio.com.sg on how to collect your Products.

In-Store Pickup
If you choose the in-store pickup option, the Products will be delivered to the store selected by you and kept in the store for 7 calendar days upon receiving the e-mail notification that your order is ready for collection. The order will be automatically cancelled if you do not pick up the Products within such 7 days period.

Risk of Loss and Damage
Risk of loss and damage of the Products passes to you on the date that the Products are delivered to the Delivery Address or are collected by you. Casio shall retain title to the Products until such time as payment for the Products has been effected.

Returns and Exchange
Casio may allow return of the Products subject to Casio’s discretion and prevailing policies. Items may only be returned under the following circumstances:

- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received

To return a wrong / damaged item, you will be required to bring the item with original packaging and Proof of Purchase (e.g. Invoice) to Casio Service Centre, located at Novena Square Office Tower B, Level 18.  Item will be assessed by Casio to determine if return is allowed.  Should return be allowed, the purchase amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.  Any voucher or promo code used for the purchase will not be credited back. Before proceeding to Casio Service Center, do email to sales@casio.com.sg to make an appointment.

Liability
Casio excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) where permitted by law. Casio will not be liable for damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or about the Products and use of Website.

Except to the extent required by the applicable law, Casio will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed at Website .

Casio will not be liable to you or any party for any damage, losses, expenses or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss of opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website , or reliance on any information, materials or online services provided at Website , regardless of the form of action and even if Casio had been advised as to the possibility of such damages. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the extent permitted by Singapore law.

In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, Casio’s maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise arising out of or about your purchase or use of Website  shall be limited to the price of the Products purchased from Website

Privacy / Data Collection

By accessing Website, submitting information to us and/or using Website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and consent to Casio Privacy Policy which can be accessed at https://www.casio.com/sg/privacy/ and is incorporated herein by reference.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in all design, text, graphics and other materials and the selection or arrangement of such material in the Website is owned by Casio and/or its respective licensors.

Notices

All notices or communications given by Casio to you if sent by post or left at your last known address or sent to your last known email will be deemed to be received by you on the day following such posting or transmission or on the day when it was so left; or

You may only give notice to Casio in writing sent to sales@casio.com.sg or via the “Contact Us” page of Website, and Casio shall be deemed to have received such notice only upon receipt.

 
Waiver/Invalidity
Casio’s failure to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights and remedies. The invalidity of any provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Severability

If any term in these Terms and Conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other term of these Terms and Conditions or the legality, validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other term of these Terms and Conditions.

 
No Third Party Rights

Save for Casio’s directors, staff, employees and authorised representatives, these Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any other third party under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act.

Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions supersedes all prior representations, understandings and agreements between Casio and you.

Variation
Casio reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at Casio’s discretion. Such modification will be effective immediately.

Applicable Law
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to and/or about the Terms and Conditions.
