CASIO ID members get to enjoy free home delivery for orders above SGD 100
For orders SGD 100 and below, there will be a home delivery fee of SGD 8.50
For non CASIO ID members, home delivery fee will be SGD 8.50 regardless of spending.
Do you provide international shipping?
We do not ship outside of Singapore.
What are your local delivery options?
We provide standard delivery to your doorstep via courier within approximately three working days. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours upon payment verification.
*Some shipments may be delayed depending on the overall order status.

What happens if I've missed my delivery?
If your parcel was not delivered successfully, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule delivery. In the event that re-delivery attempts fail a total of 3 times, your order will be transferred back to our warehouse. Please reach out to us via email at sales@casio.com.sg to arrange for redelivery of your order.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link that will allow you to view real-time delivery updates.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I return or exchange a product?
We only accept returns for CASIO watches bought through https://www.casio.com/sg/. Customers must meet the following return conditions:
· Returns are permissible within a 7-day period starting from the day of receiving the product.
· The product should be in its original condition and packaging, complete with the original box and tags. Gifts with Purchase (GWP) should remain in their original form and be in the original box.
· Please drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg with your order number and reason for return. Kindly wait for our acknowledgment before visiting our Customer Service Centre to return the item.
· Customers are required to conduct returns in person at our Customer Service Centre located at:

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, please drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg with your order number and reason for cancellation.
How long will the refund process take?
Refunds for online orders via card purchases would be credited to the card issuing bank within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the unopened and unmarked product(s) at CASIO office. Shipping fees (if applicable) will not be included in the refund amount.
I used a promo code on my order. What happens when I return or cancel my order?
For any promo codes used, only the actual value paid will be refunded in the event of any order cancellation or returns.
Utilized promo codes may not be reused for your next order. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the promotion or drop an email to sales@casio.com.sg for further assistance.
